How can I help?

As I develop my business concept and blog, I’m looking to what’s already out there – both for inspiration and to identify what it is that clients and future clients might benefit from. I’m thinking of putting together some videos and other materials to help small entrepreneurial and creative businesses to identify when they need to get legal help. Here’s an example of the kind of thing I’m thinking about – brought to us by the sometimes over the top, always entertaining and often surprisingly insightful Maree Forleo – what do you think?  What would you like to see in something similar for Australian small businesses – creative, entrepenurial or otherwise?  Business structuring? Reading Contracts – or writing them? Employment basics? Trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property? Perhaps something about how to select a lawyer?

Warning – the information in this video is very much focused on US law.  The legal elements are not really relevant to an Australian audience – though the advice they give about selecting a lawyer is great!
